Abstract
The electron-electret state (EES) and photoelectret state (PES) of face doped sillenite crystals are investigated. the spatial distribution of an electrical field, potential and volumetric charge density are obtained. The influence of photoactive radiation on processes of formation and relaxation of electret states is investigated
