Abstract
MIS (Management information system) is a major measure to informationize enterprises; however its complexity makes evaluation on information system meet amounts of obstacles, which are the main point of research field on impelling enterprise informationization. But most of the information system evaluations are ex-post; researches on pre-implementation of MIS, especially deep researches on the factors that affect information system implement and operation successfully are rare and numbered. This paper tends to construct index system that affects enterprise MIS implementing successfully, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze index weight in order to provide sight and orientation on pre-implementation evaluation of enterprise MIS.
