Abstract
In this paper, to settle the problem of group decision making in terms of partial information formed in a kind of linguistic verdict matrix, a group decision making approach is put forward based on rough sets using the dominance-based rough sets model. It is in fact a process of decision making after training. It is especially fit for the issue of best-choosing from large scale schemes. Besides, it can overcome the defects of the previous linguistic decision making approaches and can make the best scheme.
