Research on the construction of intellectual property intermediary service chain

Intellectual property (IP) intermediaries are playing an important and supportive role in carrying out national IP strategy. Through the construction of IP intermediary service chain and analyzing on the operation mechanism of intermediaries to enterprises, government and other intermediaries, scattered intermediary resources of IP are tried to be integrated, and their own strengths are to be exerted in cooperation and their services are to be bettered at the same time. However, nowadays there are such problems as less IP business modes, deficiency of high-level professional staffs, and short of government supervisors. On this circumstance, administration strategies are proposed, such as building an invisible service chain platform for IP, launching strategy consultation and evaluation, training and bringing in talents for intermediary service, and strengthening supervision on intermediaries by the government.
