Abstract
The criterion fills a vacancy in the maintenance technology criterion on the expressway of Jiangsu province, China. As a guide of the criterion, this paper introduces the significance and compiling requirements of the criterion, and then helps the executants to catch on the main contents, rationale, hierarchy and inherent relations of the six subcriterions with graphs.
