Abstract
A new control method for uninterruptible power systems (UPSs) with a continuous extended input range for the load which is less than full load is proposed. By using advanced fuzzy logic, the UPS dynamically modifies the AC line input switching point, based on the ferroresonant transformer. This results in better UPS performance
