    Enrollment expansion in colleague in China makes higher education transform from superior education to mass education. In the eye of society, college graduates´ employability has taken the place of a diploma and become a new standard to measure the quality of university´s education. This new standard requires the education model of higher education should make a new adjustment. The introduction of experiential learning can improve the employability of students, and can also be a fundamental solution to students´ inadequate employability.
