Abstract
The Tropical cyclone is a natural phenomenon that created disaster on lives and property in every continent of the world is much. We will be better. If we can predict the tropical cyclone occurrence of correctly and accurately. Prepare for evacuation of population in other areas through the tropical cyclone motion. Especially in coastal areas. Will harm most of the wave water blow into, so we purpose to solve these problems with Intelligence Fluid Algorithm and prediction of the tropical cyclone using the principles of Fuzzy the reliability and accuracy. Up to 97.78% in prediction. The data from the satellite image analysis points to the likelihood of the tropical cyclone occur, which this method can plan to evacuate people in the immediate coastal area.
