    Expert witness testimony is an essential factor in computer forensics work. Any computer scientist who engages in computer forensics work may eventually be called upon to testify in a court of law and to render an opinion about computer evidence. This paper outlines issues relevant to computer scientists who may be called upon to perform as an expert witness. Laws, as well as opinions are presented
