Abstract
This paper chose five branches of the Agricultural Bank of China as analysis samples, and they are Beijing Branch, Shanghai Branch, Tianjing Branch, Chongqing Branch and Shenzhen Branch, respectively. Firstly, describe the relevance between compensation and incentive of the executive by statistics of data. Secondly, conduct an empirical study to the executive compensation incentive using the mechanism Panel-data model and the analysis methods of population effect and local effect. The empirical results show that it has a obvious discrepancy among different branches. Therefore, branches of the Agricultural Bank should establish an effective compensation incentive mechanism with the reference of joint-equity banks.
