Abstract
Convention and exhibition industry, a rising with the maturity and perfection of the market economy under the global economic integration, has become the consumption chain that drives the development of the third industry in China. As a booster of convention & exhibition industry, the convention & exhibition logistics is a basic ensure to the development of industry. To effectively process technological innovation and realize the high efficient operation are the keys to convention and exhibition enterprise in obtaining competitive advantages under network environment. This paper, confirming the characteristics of convention & exhibition logistics by analyze the current situation, constructing the new supply chain model about convention & exhibition based on the traditional supply chain, establishing the new interactive-logistics mode by logistics intermediary as carrier about convention & exhibition industry, and putting forward the concrete suggestions to ensure the high efficiency of convention & exhibition logistics and improve the competitiveness of urban convention and exhibition industry.
