  • Abstract
    We present a method of 3D measurement using digital holography. This holographic 3D measuring method uses a CCD camera for recording a Fresnel on-axis hologram and a numerical method for hologram reconstruction. The method simultaneously provides a phase comparing approach for phase error correction. Using this method, we also develop a 3D measurement system which basically consists of a Michelson interferometer, and examine measurement accuracy of our system.
