Abstract
In this paper the modelling of stray magnetic field produced by power transformer is presented. Two different numerical codes based on 3D Finite Integration Technique of the electromagnetic field have been adopted and the results are compared with experimental ones. The main purpose of the presented investigation is to improve the knowledge about modelling of power transformers in order to better estimate the low frequency magnetic field pollution produced by substation power transformers.
