  • Abstract
A total of 24 glaucomatous patients and seven normal observers were tested using flicker photometry with four different wavelengths and with different light intensities. The visual angle to the observer of the stimulus light was 2° to ensure that only cones could be affected in the test. No background light was used, and the tests were carried out in a dark room. The results show that glaucomatous patients have a lower flicker fusion frequency than normal observers on average. The results hold for different wavelengths and intensities
