  • Abstract
Hydraulic project has multi-target constraints, cross-fields science, multiple departments cooperate of feature. According to these characteristics, the text presents connotation of knowledge management, features and framework of system in hydraulic project. The knowledge ontology model and definition of knowledge is core of the text which form and define knowledge base on meta-model. Mixing database technology, two-dimensional coordinate system knowledge map and knowledge mining technology comprise the key technique. Knowledge mining technology is divided into 4 phases and 16 movements which form a closed knowledge loop. Finally, a case is analyzed to show how to develop the system by technical framework. Above mentioned methods and techniques will contribute to improve the level of hydraulic project management and ensure the result KM in hydraulic project.
