Abstract
The paper contains the statement of new mathematical model of distributed computing resource system. The purpose of modeling is investigation and optimization of jobs routing, participants negotiation and pricing. The behavior of system units is simulated with help of agents presented as adaptive algorithms for partially observed Markov decision process.
