  • Abstract
Summary form only given. Dither locking is preferable for external laser FM cancellation. We report a simple cure for the problem resulting from laser dither. It is found by using an acousto-optic modulator (AOM) to subtract a nearly-matching FM from the dithered laser output. In our first simple feedforward cancellation experiment we obtained a 60-fold reduction of the dither.
