Abstract
Comprehensive study of the multiple-reference-frame (MRF) PI controller design will be discussed in this paper. Firstly, the design guideline for the proportional constant and integral constants will be presented. Instead of the conventional integral constant, the time constant is considered fundamental. Secondly, the delay compensation in MRF controller will be analyzed. The approach that can enhance the stability margin is discussed. Finally, antiwindup in the MRF PI controller will be studied. All the results of the analysis have been validated.
