Abstract
Visualization provides tools for teaching, diagnosis, treatment planning, outcome monitoring, and research. 3D anthropometry of the human body is considered. Interaction between the user and the computer can be by keyboard, mouse, conference and proceedings, the quest is for accuracy, speed, realism, and utility. Imagery provides much of the basis for this work and often multiple modalities are involved. Thus, not only is reconstruction important but also registration-in space, scale, and time
