Abstract
During the past twenty years, the economic environment of enterprises has changed dramatically. Optimizing business processes, reducing costs and speeding up customer response time become what an enterprise needs to consider. A lot of enterprises start to form the value chain alliances with upstream providers, downstream firms (such as franchisers, agents, retailers and so on) and customers. Relying on the advantages of all partners, they face competition in the market and share interests. So it requires building an information technology support platform to achieve mutual coordination, information sharing and online transactions inner the alliance. This paper pays attention to the information technology support platform and makes a further study:analyzing the characteristics of the platform and giving solutions.
