Abstract
The last several years have witnessed a dramatic increase in silicon-based IC system implementation at mm- and sub-mm-Wave frequencies (e.g., 24GHz to 3THz). There are numerous opportunities and challenges for applications such as gigabit wireless communications, sensing, ranging, and imaging in this regime. This session explores the most recent developments in mm-Wave applications of silicon and offers a broad set of solutions for communications, radar, imaging, and security in this quickly-emerging and exciting area of integrated circuit design.
