Criteria for the subjective assessment of bimodal perception in interactive AV application systems

This contribution discusses the problem of comparability of test results obtained from different human audio visual perception assessments. Unfortunately, the test results are not always comparable because of the many different test platforms, setups and procedures, rating scales, attributes to be evaluated, test material and test objects or aims. We give an overview on the situation and make suggestions on how to make the results of these assessments better comparable.
