Abstract
This paper focuses on induction heating technology and its application in the manufacture of electric motors. For some years the industry has had a reluctance to share information within the industry for commercial reasons. Within the remaining confidentiality constraints, this paper seeks to compile those experiences now considered to be in the public domain. Significant benefits to both the manufacturing process and to the end product are achieved with induction heating
