    Accurate and detailed design of multi-phase power transformers for multi-pulse rectification loads must be performed to ensure that manufactured product meets specification requirements. This paper discusses issues directly relevant to power transformers rated to 500 kVA; however it conceptually bears relevance to all multi-phase transformers used for high power AC to DC conversion
