  • Abstract
    Science and technology awards evaluation is an important part of government´s work, the fairness, reasonableness and accuracy of the result have a direct impact on science and technology awards´ results. To ensure the justice and reasonable plays an important social function in science and technology awards´ work. With the development of artificial intelligence, Agent and Multi-Agent technology have become more sophisticated, its unique mechanism of self-learning and self-inference has been used in a number of transactions and got a good application. This paper discusses the science and technology awards evaluation system based on Multi-Agent technology.
