IT as a Service

As CTO of Sun Microsystem, Inc.\´s Services business, Berg is seeing some significant shifts in the IT world. In this talk, he presents thought provoking themes that are driving the services business and concludes with the concept of "IT as a service." He asserts that the use and function of data centers as we know them today is changing as IT evolves to be a business asset, scaling technology to meet a customer\´s SLAs.
