  • Abstract
    Summary form only given. Methoxy precursor polymers are often used as a stable and processible form of a conjugated polymer. Storage in THF, however, over many days leads to a loss in molecular weight that can be charted by GPC. This is most likely due to a radical chain-scission mechanism due to THF´s ability to support radicals.
