Abstract
China´s expressway course achieved stunning success in the past years. China has already established its National Trunk Highway System. At present, the expressway funds sources consist of national finance, funds through capital market and foreign investment. However, bank loans and national finance remain the main capital source. With government investment is less and less involved in infrastructure projects, there will be a huge capital gap in expressway construction. It is certain that non-state-owned capital will be a fresh source. From both project level and company level, this paper studied seven financing models that non-state-owned capital is using to get into expressway area; then analyzed the adaptiveness of these models in China; finally recognized the obstacles for non-state-owned capital to join in expressway construction and put up with feasible solutions
