Abstract
Summary form only given. It is shown that the more ordered and more spaced symmetrical structure achieved in polyalkylthiophenes induces a great stability of the doped derivatives. The temperature dependence of conductivity and optical spectra (UV, IR) of doped samples shows the remarkable stability of this material over wide temperature and times ranges. The possible origin of these stabilities will be discussed.
