  • Abstract
    For the circumstance of that the rapid development of informationization of power system and abounding application of SVG image format for the fields of power grid condition monitoring and WebGIS and the urgent demand for productivization and commercialization of SVG editor, we design a SVG editor for power system based on the demand of power system.
