Abstract
Knowledge capital is the most important capital in knowledge economy era. So, it is the valid method of improving core competence of mining enterprise to strength the knowledge capital management. First, this paper establishes index system of knowledge capital of mining enterprise by analyzing the elements of knowledge capital and combining with the reality of mining enterprise. Then, the paper determines the weights of the indexes by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of knowledge capital using fuzzy mathematics. Finally, with an example, the paper evaluates the knowledge capital of a mining enterprise using this model. This study helps the mining enterprise to improve the management of its knowledge capital and find the way to cultivate its core competence.
