Abstract
There are many problems in the Web ontology extracting and processing, such as the ununified ontology languages, lacking of tools, and limited the tool´s plain functioned methods. To solve these problems, here we reported a new method which neglects the grammar difference of the existing ontology language and puts forward a Jena based Web page ontology extracting and processing method on the common RDF level of ontology. This method is composed of five parts: extracting the RDF model, setting operation of the different RDF Models, querying the RDF model, modifying the RDF model, and serialization of the RDF model. Finally the validity of the method is proved with a practical case.
