Abstract
In this paper, we compared the emission characteristic of sintered PZT and single crystalline SrTiO/sub 3/ to clear electrons supplied route. For comparision of PZT and SrTiO/sub 3/, the characteristic of PZT emitter was measured on same infrared light irradiation condition.
