Research on the Choice of Logistics Distribution Center Based on the Scale Economy Theory

Choice of logistics distribution center is classified to qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper adopted the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to make research on the problem of the choice of logistics distribution center and solve it, based on the thought of the scale economy theory. At the same time of ensuring the logistics distribution center to satisfy the logistics demand in this zone, it plots out the zone which needs to be supplied the logistics service in order to avoid the repeated computation of the logistics cost in the logistics service, decrease the difficulty of the data investigation. It becomes easier to adopt the mode choice to seek for an answer, and this paper also puts forward the mode suitable for the choice of logistic distribution center.
