  • Abstract
    PPI, which means protein-protein interaction, is in use of many fields such as Pharmacology and Signal Transduction. PPI is formed by multiple proteins and play an important role. There are too many PPIs resources in used. Combination of the separated PPI systems is very promising as the data among different PPI resources are complementary. Integration of PPI of various resources can provide us more complete and more comprehensive information. In this paper, we design a PPI integration system which can get information from multiple various resources and then integrate the information together. The system is able to yield novel information for researchers to carry on further study on bio-information.
