  • Abstract
    Pathway, a chain of reactions associated with a particular metabolic process, plays a very important role in biological research. Now the researches of pathway are in full swing. There are many kinds of pathway resources, but these resources are not related. To a great extent, these resources are not consistent. But these pathway databases are complementing each other and supplement each other. Few people do about pathway database information integration of work. In this article, what we want to do is to seek a kind of method that can integrate pathway system from different resources. Using this method, we can easily get more detailed information of all participants in the pathway.
