Abstract
A fixed frequency controlled forward zero-voltage-switched multiresonant power converter (ZVS-MRC) which operates with a fixed duty ratio is proposed. It differs from the conventional forward ZVS-MRC by the placement of a saturable core in the secondary side of the transformer. The proposed power converter has the following advantages: lower voltage stress, fixed frequency and fixed duty ratio for the main switch, and a simple control circuit
