  • Abstract
    According to the procurement model of IT project, this paper makes a research on the meanings, principles and types of IT project FTM, including two FTM: FTM divided by preliminary design and the other with detailed design as its cut-off point. This paper puts emphasis on the meanings, types and characteristics of CM/Agency organization management model and CM/Non Agency organization management model of IT project. Thereinto, CM/Agency organization management model of IT project consists of CM/Agency organization management model divided by preliminary design and CM/Agency organization management model divided by detailed design; CM/Non Agency organization management model of IT project consists of CM/Non Agency organization management model divided by preliminary design and CM/Non Agency organization management model divided by detailed design.
