Abstract
The paper presents our experience in the implementation of e-learning method in the high school vocational education in Serbia & Montenegro. The project of e-learning method implementation is based on Microsoft class server LMS (learning management system) incorporated into the regular school activities. Through this project teachers and students have applied this method within the selected subjects in the electrical engineering vocation. The comparison of the initial and final surveys shows that the motivation, of all participants in the learning process, has significantly improved. However, the real progress in designing new learning styles based on the quality learning materials can be evaluated only as a long term effect
