Abstract
The mathematical models of solar arrays are studied to improve the reliability and efficiency of Photovoltaic power generation systems. Based on the dynamic link library, the external characteristic models of solar arrays are built in PSIM environment, and output characteristics of them are simulated according different conditions of temperature and light intensity. The simulation results confirm that the model can accurately reflect the physical characteristics of solar arrays, and it provides the basis for the simulation and analysis of Photovoltaic power generation systems.
