  • Abstract
Based on the machine product conceptual design of function layer analysis, this paper researches on fuzzy judgement about mini-lathe´s design. Different from usual fuzzy judgement method in conceptual design, this paper introduces fuzzy judgement algorithm during the whole conceptual design, which is from the initial principle solution to final optimized solution. Mini-lathe is the foundation to build up desktop mini-factory, its design is different from ordinary one. This paper describes and illustrates the thought and arithmetic of mini-lathe conceptual design based on fuzzy judgement in detail. The method is practical and feasible to solve the problem that quantity of operation is over huge during the conceptual design
