Abstract
Customer knowledge management is the new phase of customer relationship management. By analyzing the customer knowledge, the paper clarifies the meanings and importance of customer knowledge management in modern manufacturing enterprises, describes the main contents and the management flow process of customer knowledge management, proposes several rules with which the customer knowledge management system is carried into execution. At last, some new problems to be solved in customer knowledge management are put forward
