  • Abstract
    We propose a strategy to perfectly trap a quantized “bit” of electromagnetic radiation inside an open core-shell particle with a core made of a third-order non-linear material and a shell made of an epsilon near zero material. The influence of the non-linear effects strength as well as the duration of the incident pulse impinging on the particle are investigated.
