Evaluation of regional emergency material support capability based on G1 method

Sufficient preparedness of emergency material is the key for a region to effectively response to sudden disaster. Therefore, it´s necessary to give a comprehensive evaluation on its emergency material support capability for a region. Based on the evaluating indicator system of regional emergency material support capability, this paper using the G1 method, a kind of method needles to test its consistence, to calculate the weights of evaluating indicators and evaluate the general level of regional emergency material support capability. Illustrated by a real case, the evaluating indicator system covered a wide range, and could meet the requirements for evaluating regional emergency material support capability. Meanwhile, the evaluation result which was obtained with the G1 method was in line with the actual situation and reflected the level of regional emergency material support capability.
