Abstract
In the last few years the amount of portable devices used to connect to the Web and get information, has rapidly increased. Often emerges the need of displaying different types of content, some times unsuitable, in different kinds of devices, that weren´t meant to do that. At the same time many wish to learn by pumping evidence from the already made learning sources through the Web, unsuccessfully. Here a solution that will partially solve the problem is proposed. A mechanism that will transform the existing material into a hierarchically structure suitable for reformation and distribution according to the device´s used each time and the user´s personal features. On the other hand the structure and the content of a proprietary XML schema is studied to support that procedure.
