Research on the agricultural supply chain management and its strategies

In recent years, it has been a great issue that the output is increased but with decrease in the income. The bottle-neck which restricts the farmers from increasing the income has transferred from the producing field to the circulation field. The low level of agricultural supply has limited the development of agriculture and incomes of farmers. It has a necessary trend to develop the supply chain management model for the agriculture products. The key is to make integration in the supply chain system, lower the cost of agriculture products circulation, improve the competence of the agriculture products and increase the income of the farmers. This paper starts from the concept of the supply chain of the agriculture products. The characters of the agricultural products and its supply chain are discussed in the paper. Then, this paper analyses the agriculture supply chain model based on supply chain management. Finally, this paper proposed the establishment of China´s agricultural supply chain solutions. The purpose of this paper is to help develop the agricultural supply chain.
