Abstract
Much has been written on change, but most companies still struggle with the problem of how to get their people to change to a new way of working. Although most people can recite the `mantra´ of competitiveness, few understand how it affects their day-to-day job. Companies need to be clear about how the change will improve performance and then ensure that there is a good fit between business strategies and new working practices. In order to get from vision to action, it is necessary to equip your workforce with the skills to work through change, accept it, embrace it and commit to it, so that you will have the flexibility to meet whatever challenges arise in the future
