Abstract
Plasma metamaterials, which are composed of discharge plasmas and solid metamaterials, show various distinguishable properties that conventional metamaterials cannot exhibit. In this report, we review their reconfigurable properties in permittivity and refractive index, and show recent results on nonlinear properties such as bifurcated transitions and harmonic wave generation.
