  • Abstract
    Installation of human factors engineering projects can be very complex and difficult to coordinate. It is pointed out that many of the difficulties can be reduced through project, outage, and installation planning, functional work package division, performing work on the simulator prior to the main control board, and use of work aides. The Human Factors Implementation Project at Zion Station is one example of a large activity that was considered critical path, yet was completed with a minimum impact on the schedule
