Abstract
Mainstream Software Sharing Platform for Oil & Gas Exploration and Development is developed to support oversea oil & gas exploration and development projects for state-owned international oil company Sinopec, which is integrated with various professional software and a large number of computing resource in headquarter that can be used via internet. The system infrastructure design, remote 3D display and management modules development are the key technologies of the platform. LiveQuest is installed on the balanced virtualization servers for producing remote 3D image. Self-developed management modules in charge of monitoring the systems by data collected from hardware, and it is integrated with remote applications.
